The purpose of the shadowing program is to promote a hands-on learning experience at a Runza^® Restaurant site for upper elementary and junior high students.

This experience promotes:

• Teamwork
• Personal social skills
• Career awareness
• Practical applications for school learning
• Positive work ethics

Suggested Activities:

• Introductions (student and store "buddy")
• Training tape (counter, drive-thru)
• Importance of customer service
• Work stations in Drive Thru or Front Counter
  • Fill drinks
  • Greet customers, take orders, or hand out orders
  • Wash tables
  • Assemble orders on tray
  • Assist crew
