RUNZA® OPENS THIRD LOCATION IN HASTINGS

Lincoln, NE -

On January 31st, the 65th Runza® Restaurant opened in Hastings, Nebraska. The newest location is located at 2101 West 2nd Street.

A private, pre-opening party was held the evening of January 30th for stockholders, business vendors, employees and civic leaders. Hastings Chamber of Commerce Ambassador members assisted with the ribbon cutting, welcomed manager Wendy Hanson to the Chamber and applauded the decision to bring a third location back to Hastings.

"Runza® Restaurants strive to be good community partners. With this impressive show of support, I am confident Wendy will find it easy to be involved," said Becky Richter, Communications Manager. "Hastings is truly a Runza® town and we are pleased to be able to open a new location to better serve our customers on the west side of town."

Approximately 200 guests enjoyed their favorite Runza® Restaurant menu items at the opening party. All products were served, including legendary burgers, ovenstuff'd sandwiches and Runza®'s premium ice cream cones, shakes and sundaes.
