Runza® Opens New Location at 168th & Dodge

On April 15th, the 67th Runza® Restaurant in the chain opened in Omaha, Nebraska at 168th & Dodge.

A private, pre-opening party was held the evening of April 12th for stockholders, business vendors, employees, and civic leaders. Approximately 200 guests enjoyed their favorite Runza® menu items including Legendary Burgers, OvenStuff'd® Sandwiches, Garden Fresh Salads, chicken sandwiches, and Runza®'s premium ice cream cones, shakes, and sundaes.

Renee Sjulin, Vice President of Runza® National, spoke about Runza®'s 34-year history in the Omaha area and commented on the great local support represented at the event. "West Omaha is thriving and we are happy to be a part of the growth. Runza® Restaurants is pleased to open another location convenient for local residents as well as anyone visiting the new mall soon to open across the street," said Sjulin. Kevin Jarosik, an award-winning member of the Runza® management team, is the General Manager. The location has a staff of 30 employees.
