2nd Assistant Manager

A 2nd Assistant Manager is responsible for performing the duties delegated to them by the General Manager. These duties may include, but are not limited to: managing shifts, closing/opening the store, bookkeeping, scheduling, inventory control, ordering product, interviewing, hiring, training & motivating employees, enforcing store policies, customer relations, cleanliness of the store, and quality of all food products and service. A 2nd Assistant Manager must be proficient at all food preparation and customer service positions. Good physical stamina is essential due to the number of hours and type of work performed.

Schedule: A 2nd Assistant Manager works a minimum of 30 hours and one closing shift per week. Must be available to work a variety of shifts and hours. Hours and days worked may vary from week-to-week as the needs of the store change.

A 2nd Assistant Manager’s total compensation package including bonus is up to $25,000 annually (varies with experience). In addition to a competitive wage, a 2nd Assistant Manager is offered an outstanding bonus and benefits package.
