Managing Partner

Some managers have joined the Runza^® team out of a desire to own their own business. Runza^®’s unique Partnership Program provides an opportunity for individuals to own a large portion of the stock in the store they manage. Currently, more than 50% of General Managers of company–owned Runza^® Restaurant locations are Managing Partners and own at least 20% of the stock in their stores! Just as a General Manager, a Managing Partner is responsible for every aspect of their store's operation.

Schedule: A Managing Partner must be dependable, reliable and available to his/her store. A Managing Partner is required to work whatever hours are necessary to manage his/her store properly. A minimum of 45 hours per week is required which may include a variety of shifts.

A Managing Partner’s total compensation package including bonus ranges from $27,000 - $73,400 annually (varies with experience), and includes the same benefits package offered to General Managers. In addition, after two years of managing their store, Partners have the opportunity to reduce their hours and name another qualified General Manager in their place while still maintaining the same stock ownership.
