WHAT IS A REWARD?
Customers earn ten points for every $1 spent (pre-tax and less any discounts, Rewards or Offers). To receive points for a qualifying purchase, you must scan the QR code in the app at a Runza® Restaurant location, or be logged in to your account at the time you place an order ahead order online or via the Runza® app. You can order in the app and the ordering website as a guest; however, points will not be awarded for those purchases.
Unlock your first reward for just 300 points. Each reward is valued at a certain point level. Rewards unlock as you earn points.
WHAT IS AN OFFER?
Offers are sent by Runza® Restaurants or appear based on your purchase behavior.
HOW DO I USE POINTS FOR A REWARD AND/OR AN OFFER?
- App – Prior to scanning the QR code, tap the arrow icon to add available rewards or offers. Click Apply if you'd like to use one. Up to three rewards & offers allowed per order.
- Online Ordering – You can review your Rewards and Offers as part of the checkout process.
DO REWARD POINTS EXPIRE?
Reward points reset to zero after six months of inactivity.
DO OFFERS EXPIRE?
Offers expire at the date/time included on the Offers page.
I WANT TO ADD OR UPDATE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TO MY ACCOUNT?
Visit the More tab, then Payment Methods.
AM I REQUIRED TO LINK A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD TO MY ACCOUNT?
Linking a card (i.e. paying with the app) is a personal choice, not a requirement.
DO I HAVE TO PAY WITH THE APP (i.e. linked card) TO EARN POINTS?
You will earn points each time you scan the QR code regardless of form of payment. The app does require a card to be used as payment for order-ahead orders.
HOW DO I GET THE VIP (VERY IMPORTANT PERSON) DISCOUNT WHEN PLACING AN ORDER AHEAD ORDER?
Our VIP discount can only be applied on in-store or drive thru purchases. We don’t have a discount code for order ahead in our app.
I MADE A PURCHASE WITHOUT MY APP. CAN I STILL RECEIVE POINTS FOR THE SPEND?
Visit the Rewards tab in the app, tap Scan, then Forgot to Scan. You can scan the QR code at the bottom of the receipt or enter the number printed under the QR code. Points awarded for eligible purchases, less tax(es), discounts and Rewards/Offers.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY LOYALTY POINTS I HAVE?
Visit the Rewards tab. Your point total is to the left of the crinkle fry.
THE POINTS EARNED DON’T MATCH MY RECEIPT. WHY?
Loyalty points are earned on the pre-tax amount less any discounts and offers.
I HAVE MORE THAN ONE REWARD AVAILABLE. CAN I USE THEM ALL AT ONCE?
You can use a maximum of three rewards + offers on the same transaction.
DO I EARN POINTS FOR PURCHASING A GIFT CARD?
No, points are not awarded for gift card purchases.
DO I GET A BIRTHDAY OFFER FOR BEING A RUNZA® APP CLUB MEMBER?
Yes! Make sure your birthday is entered in your profile information. To check, tap on More, then Profile.
I HAVE A REWARD AND/OR OFFER AND IT DIDN’T APPLY TO MY ORDER.
The discount or offer should apply with the associated item(s) in your cart. Visit the More tab, then Customer Support for assistance or tap here.
WHY DOES THE RUNZA® APP ASK FOR MY LOCATION INFORMATION?
Your location information is needed to locate the restaurant(s) nearest to you and make your search quick and easy.
CHANGE AN ONLINE ORDER
Once an order is submitted, changes aren’t possible. You are welcome to place an additional order or purchase items when you visit the store to pick up your order.
CANCEL AN ORDER
Please contact the store directly. If they haven't started order preparation, a refund can be requested from our corporate office.
PICKING UP AN ORDER AHEAD ORDER
Order ahead orders can be picked up via the drive thru or at the front counter.
I NEED A RECEIPT
- If you scanned at a store, visit the More tab, then Customer Support for assistance or tap here.
- A receipt email will be sent for each purchase you make via the app and online ordering. If you do not see the receipt in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
I WAS CHARGED THE INCORRECT AMOUNT FOR MY ORDER.
Please email additional information about your order and issue along with a photo of your receipt to app@runza.com.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN SPEND IN A DAY THROUGH MY APP?
There is no limit.
CAN I USE A PRINTED COUPON FOR AN ORDER AHEAD ORDER?
Printed coupons cannot be redeemed on order ahead orders. Please place your order in-person at a store to use the coupon.

I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER AHEAD ORDER BUT WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE MY TRANSACTION. HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER FULFILLED?
Please double check the payment information connected to your account is correct and updated. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, visit the More tab and tap Customer Support, share here, or contact us at 1-800-929-2394.
