Updating your App?

Here is a step by step guide.

Visit your app store

Visit your app store to update/download the newest version of the Runza® Rewards App. NOTE: You will have zero points on older versions of the app. Your points will be restored during the update process to the newest version.

The new app will open to this screen. Tap Let’s Get Started.
On this screen, tap Yes if you currently have our app. If you are new to our app, press Sign Up.
Enter your information here. A yellow Submit button will appear once the boxes are complete.
Tell us your favorite location. You may need to use the Search icon. Tap on the circle icon to the right to make your selection.
You will receive a push notification with a six number code. Enter the code and the Submit button will light up.

If you don’t receive a code, it could be that your email address or phone number is different from your old account. Please CLICK HERE for support.
